Research indicates that skilled tele-counsellors achieve similar results to face-to-face sessions. In this course, you will learn about the stages of telephone counselling, how to develop and use micro skills, and how to work on non-verbal and verbal communication skills on the phone or via digital media. You'll also learn how to professionally end a call.
