The nursery industry is a growing industry which produces billions of plants every year making major contributions to the forestry, vegetable, fruit, landscape, cut flower and parks industries. This course provides insight into the nursery industry including influences on the current and future market, professional organisations and nursery accreditations, different types of nurseries, types of plants commonly grown and other useful information when starting out as a nursery producer.
